If something has gone wrong, tell us.
We would rather hear about it and put it right. This page says how to complain, what we will do, and where to go if you are not satisfied with our answer.
How to complain
Write to us at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, email info@pwpprivateclients.co.uk, or call 0203 576 7110. Tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do about it.
What we will do. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, look into it fairly, and write to you with our answer. We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as we can, and within eight weeks at the latest. If we need longer, we will write to explain why and tell you when to expect our final response.
If you are not satisfied. If you are unhappy with our final response, or eight weeks have passed without one, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, which is free to use. You need to do so within six months of our final response. Visit financial-ombudsman.org.uk or call 0800 023 4567.
What the Ombudsman covers. The Financial Ombudsman Service can consider complaints about regulated mortgage advice. Complaints about finance that is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, which includes most buy-to-let, bridging, development and commercial finance, may not be eligible. We will tell you where you stand when we respond.
