How your information is handled

Who we are. PWP Private Clients is PWP Private Client Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 16582285, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. This site is www.pwpprivateclients.co.uk. You can reach us at info@pwpprivateclients.co.uk or on 0203 576 7110.

What we collect. This site collects personal information in one place only, the contact form. If you send it, we receive your name, your phone number and the message you wrote, and your email address if you give it. We use those solely to answer your enquiry and to carry on any conversation that follows from it. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.

If you become a client. Arranging a mortgage or other finance means collecting much more, including financial information and identity documents, and sharing it with lenders and others involved in your application. How that is handled is explained in the privacy notice we give you when you become a client, which is separate from this website notice.

Cookies and analytics. This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics unless you are told otherwise on this page. If analytics is ever added, nothing will be loaded until you agree to it, and this notice will say so.

Services we rely on. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles visitor IP addresses in order to serve and protect it. Contact form submissions are delivered to us as email by a sending provider acting on our instructions, and are stored in our email account after that.

How long we keep it. Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with the enquiry and any work that comes from it, and are deleted once they no longer serve a purpose.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@pwpprivateclients.co.uk and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with how we respond, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes. If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
